France always brings out the best in me. I feel finally like myself...I'm free of the pressure of New York. I love my city, but something about being in New York can give you quite a headache. There is far too much competition these days sometimes even between friends. So it's nice to step away for a bit and watch from afar.

My friends in France really  know me. I mean they've known me for 13 years...so they know my core, down to how I order food, to what words are hard for me to pronounce...which teacher gave me the most hell and who was my first kiss. It was Paul. Hi Paul!

I'm not the resolution type of girl. I don't like to make new ones because lets face it no one ever really keeps them! It's not going to be a new year new me type of year where I ramble on and on about being "healthy" or how I want to do this or that with my life. I hear enough of that from friends who just talk and talk about all the new fads they are going to try and cancel after a week.

I'm not doing that.... The only thing I'm trying to do is leaving all the negative people from 2015 in 2015! I'm talking about guys cause all my girlfrans are da best.

2015 was a really hard year for me I had a boyfriend that I loved with all my heart and my heart was broken into a thousand pieces, those pieces have never really found a way back. Parts of me will never truly be the same and it doesn't help when people tell you they never liked him anyways or when they ask why I loved him. Who even ask shit like that?? I just did. You can't help falling in love with a person and that love will stay with me forever. It's helped me figure out a lot of stuff about myself, because it's so easy to blame someone for something but it's never one person's fault and now for whoever is blessed enough (kidding...) to be with me I'll approche things differently and stronger.

So girls lets take 2016 by the horns. Whatever happened in 2015 stays in 2015 unless ya got pregnant cause then that sorta rolls over. (and congrats).

Dress: Rachel Zoe,  shoes: Kate Spade,

Getting dressed up and having friends over for drinks is what the holidays are all about, especially when that means being home and spending time with my family! If you've been following me on Snapchat or Instagram then you might have guessed I'm in France. I'll be ringing in the New Year with my girlfriends in Biarritz. This will be the first New Years we are spending together in over 8 years!! There are so many of us it's hard to be in one place at the same time, don't know how we figured it out but somehow we did!

Having the perfect dress is pretty important since this is an important day n'all, I picked out this Rachel Zoe holiday party dress from Lord & Taylor. The detailed collar on this dress is simply gorgeous, exuding a really 60's sorta flair to it and the kitty flats, well this is as close as I'm getting to owning a real live animal. Kate Spade is replacing the missing puppy in my life. Check out more New Year's Eve options while there is still time here.

Been meaning to post this outfit for some time now. It happens to one of my favorite simple "go to" outfits. Easy and approachable is ma new thang.

Also status update:
Currently back home in Paris for the holidays so you can follow me and my family.
Not joking all I do is snap my brothers. Philip Charles doesn't like to smile and Pierce can't stop talking = Really great boring snapchat material for you to give yourself another reason to stop following me. Happy Holidays ya'll.

Ray Bans are my thing. When I say they are my thing I mean like I love them and they belong to me. I usually do the typical classic wayfarer but since my hair has been lookin extra cute even though its at it's weird growing out stage round lenses are working for me.

I got these Ray Ban's from Sunglass Hut and I actually have a confession to make! I never lose my stuff, honestly I'm great with keeping things clean and in order, but a week after buying these I lost them walking home! I simply couldn't live without them and the following day returned back to the same Sunglass Hut to buy another pair. Early Christmas gift to myself...again.

Wore this outfit the other day holiday shopping with Justin, I have to apologize if you've been seeing different variations of the same outfit over and over again. I love my camel coat and I like wearing it with turtlenecks. That's the one thing about me, once I love something I wear it to death, sorta like these glasses and how these are the only things on my face.

With two more days till Christmas there is still time to stop by a Sunglass Hut and pick up that last minute gift. If you happen to be in New York stop by the one in SoHo on broadway. My vignette is still there and it might be a great source of inspiration when gift giving. The good thing about sunglasses is that everybody needs them!

After waiting for what seemed like forever I'm finally home for the holidays.

New York still has my heart, but France is where my family and friends are.

This morning after sleeping in I strolled around the village of Maison

Laffitte, my parents moved to this beautiful town outside of Paris. It's so

peaceful and delightfully festive this time of year. It's also quite warm so a

simple turtleneck and light coat was all I needed!

I pack very light, anyone who knows me can tell you I only pack what I

need! I came across these M. Gemi flats the other day when trying to figure

out which shoes I should pack with me. I love the glossy patent finish of

these Doppio flats. An easy shoe to dress up and in my case dress down for

simple strolls around town.

With only 4 more days till Christmas my parents’ house is decked out.

Pierce and I love wearing our Santa hats around the house it's one tradition I

hope never fades, and although my mother hates it he loves picking up gifts

and shaking them, it's gotten him into a lot of trouble but hilarious to watch.

from M.Gemi to find your favorite holiday shoe.

I might not live in the East Village anymore, but that doesn't mean you won't find me walking up 2nd ave grabbing a hot chocolate at Third Rail. I'm not getting a tree this year since I'll be gone most of December, but that doesn't mean I'm not totally getting into the holiday spirit. Justin snapped these photo of me while I was picking out a wreath for my door! The holidays are honestly so fun, might be the parties, might be the drinks...might be a bit of both.

Steve Madden happens to have some pretty awesome and affordable footwear, which is where my slips on's happen to come from. These are perfect for when you're feelin' festive but not in the mood to wear heels. Below are some extra lil somethings to add to your Christmas wish list or last minute holiday parties!!

The Charlie tote has travelled everywhere with me, from Miami to NY and soon straight to Paris. It's honestly my "Destination Everywhere" bag. The first thing I bring to meetings and the only thing I've brought with me as my carry on. I needed something that was chic, with a sophisticated silhouette and with a lot of compartments for my everyday essentials!

I feel like all I've been doing is hanging out of boats this month or chilling at the beach, totally not complaining! Packing for a beach day is my favorite because 1) it's easy and 2) I'm going to the beach...I mean seriously right? Easy slip-ons, playful earphones,  my ipad for "work" totally not to play the Kim Kardashian game! And green juice because you wanna look good in your bathing suit...

Destination: The City

I never know where my day is going to take me in the city, so I usually always have my computer on me and with so many different compartments, it's easy to basically pack my entire life. Headphones, flats when my feet start to hate me and of course my agenda, If I leave the house without it I start having a panic attack...yes I still use an agenda I HAVE to write everything down.

Top: Shop Saul, Pants: Vintage, Jacket: The Frankie Shop, bag: Urban Originals, Bracelet: 100 Good Deed

Photography: Michelle Mosqueda

Sometimes living in New York and can make you a bit tough, slighter harder and occasionally not as polite as you'd like to be because you want things done yesterday and for some the world revolves around them. I'd like to think that this side of living in a big city has not yet affected me which is why when spoken to about the 100 Good deed bracelets I was immediately intrigued.

You're probably wondering what makes these beads so special. The idea behind this campaign is pretty fantastic One deed. One bead. One act of kindness at a time, all part of an international movement for positive change. The bracelet comes in a variety of different colors but I chose clay because I have a serious soft spot for anything earth tone.
The bracelet is both a call to do good deeds and a strategy to empower women. it enables us to count our good deeds, however small, until we reach 100, at which point you gift the bracelet to someone else.

I have a younger brother that I don't see very often so it's really important for me to be a good example and show kindness whenever possible, my father was the same way he's a contractor and has a tendency to go above and beyond for people sometimes even going as far as working for free just to "Do you a solid"....he's honestly a Saint.

There is no "small" deed and being kind is not hard to do, I have a tendency to not be able to walk into a store without asking a person begging for food if they are hungry and would like something. I once had a guy ask if he could come in with me and show me what he wanted haha, we ended up also buying food for his dog. He was really funny and it felt nice helping someone out.

Please take a look at the other bracelets and find a color that represents you, it's a nice little reminder...to do some good :)
