Jumpsuit: Lord & Taylor, Poncho: BCBGeneration, shoes: Rachel Zoe

The past couple of days have been super grey and not very inspiring. This

BCBGeneration poncho from Lord & Taylor sure has lifted my spirits. If

you've been following me for a while then you probably already picked up

on my love for 70's inspired pieces. I love anything with a vintage touch, not

to mention adding color to a darker outfit makes these grey city days a little

less of a drag. This jumpsuit from Lord & Taylor is so comfortable and easy

to slip on and off. I can wear it anywhere, including around the house since

that's what most of my nights consists of these days! But when I feel like

being social, I throw on these awesome Rachel Zoe loafers to dress up the

outfit a bit.

It's been a lot of work moving and figuring out what to do with all my stuff

but thankfully it’s happening during my favorite season, Fall. One reason

why I love this season is because I really feel as if I truly tap into my more

feminine side in cooler weather. This Yigal x Design Lab

jumpsuit from Lord & Taylor has a much more delicate silhouette which in

the past is something I might not have picked up but I really loved the

flowiness of it all. Personally, my favorite tip for fall is to try new styles. I've

changed so much this year so why not switch up my style as well?

Top: Topshop, jeans: AG, Shoes: Clarks, bag: OVERT NYC, hat: Worth & Worth

I feel like it's not officially the start of fall without a worn in turtleneck and comfy Clarks. I have a tendency to stick to the more classic styles, and Clarks happens to be one of my favorite brands when it comes to stylish yet extremely comfy, which is why I picked out these Desert Rockin black suede boots. And since this month is all about finding an apartment, I'll be needing comfortable shoes to help me run around the city, and these hit my ankles perfectly for all my cropped flare pants. These shoes have already seen two apartments and countless coffee runs. It's turning into a very serious relationship.

I've never been one to really follow trends, which is why I wear whats comfortable for me. If I feel good in something then I'm wearing it. This polo and jean combo really brings me back to those middle school days when everything mattered.

It's not everyday you see me in heels so soak this in. With New York doing the fall transition thing, those colder color palettes come out. More reasons for me to wear turtlenecks and oversized everything.

As much as I'd like to live in jeans and basic tops my entire life I'm coming to the slow realisation that I can't..that's pretty much it..I just can't haha. I feel like i'm taking off a band aid right now. Going into Fall (although my favorite month) makes me sad, because this means summer is over, which mean no more roof top BBQ's not like I was invited to any..but that's cool I didn't want to go anyways...I was super busy and stuff and it probably went strait to spam.

You're going to be seeing a lot of this Ganni sweater. It's the perfect amount of oversize with a huge collar I can hid my face into and since I like to spice things up (cause I'm very cool and unpredictable) I added this pop of green, the texture reminds me of plastic which is a great thing to stare at when you're bored.

This weather is really testing my nerves. It's hot, it's muggy and my hair is frizzy.
In between shows today I stopped by the Serge Normant at John Frieda Salon conveniently placed in Chelsea so right near all the shows and not far from my place in East Village, If I'm feeling sporty and in for a walk.

I haven't had time to really DO my hair and when I do, it turns out frizzy in the end, it's the curly hair nightmare am I right? It's just something that I've grown to live with but according to John Frieda but not for loooong.

My hair stylist Ryan Cotton, not only a total stud but also very informative on how to keep my hair from turning into a puff ballI.  It's all in the The Frizz Ease ®Beyond Smooth ® Frizz-Immunity Primer!
It's a really great foundation for any hairstyle either if you're going to air dry your curls or blow it out straight., which really helps keeps your hair frizz free and creates a base so it is easier to style and manage.

I mean...I wish I knew about this months ago. The hair primer definitely left an impression on me as well as the John Frieda ® Frizz Ease KeraFlex hairspray...now let me just tell you I don't work with brands I have not already used and loved in the past but this hairspray is magical and that's putting it lightly because I sprayed the crap outta my hair ( humidity duh..) and it's still bouncy and flexible!

I have so much stuff on my plate this fashion week and frizz is now NOT an issue...also I'm going out tonight and the stylist told me how I can stay cute with a few bobby pins and some extra hairspray so you know how it is.

Dress: Kitsuné,

It's been a while since I've worn a dress I actually liked. I'm an extremely picky girl. For real though, It's hard for me to make up my mind unless it's about what I want to eat..that I know, I always know. As for dresses I tent o go for a more retro vibe, plus I'm reallllly trying to dress more like a girl. It's harder than it looks people.
Kitsuné is now one of my favorite brands after recently being introduced to it a little over a year ago. It's tres chic ya know...kidding but since it's French then yes by default it's super cool.

With that being said If you're in New York for Fashion and wanna get mega trill then you should totally go to A Party with Kitsuné on Sep 12th. It's going to be one of the cooler parties this FW mainly because  all ma frendz are going to be there and it goes on till 4am and she doesn't know when to go home. I also have the Public School show in the morning, I wonder if can pull a Shia Labeouf and just paper bag it?

Now If you're lucky, which I know you will be then you can catch me trying to twerk and climb on top of my friends backs mid selfie, cause I don't know how to act in public no matter how hard I try.
